Whether you're bringing your little ones or a special motherly figure, this session is all about bonding, unwinding, and moving your body. Start your day with some much-needed relaxation and fun, and leave feeling recharged and ready to celebrate! 

After yoga, join us in the Conservatory for bouquet making with FLEURBAR from 11 AM to 3 PM!

About the Instructor: Cara Bessko

Cara Bessko is an experienced yoga teacher with over twenty years of teaching experience. With a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga traditions, Cara's style combines deep slow vinyasa, embodied challenge, and elements of Yin and restorative practices. Her teaching approach emphasizes anatomy, alignment, somatics, therapeutics, and trauma-informed work. Cara has worked with a diverse range of individuals, from professional athletes to differently-abled children and adults. Whether teaching in corporate settings, private sessions, or virtually, she believes in the healing power of yoga and the importance of breathwork. Cara's integrative sessions incorporate whole body and brain yoga therapy, movement, stillness, breath work, mantra, visualization, crystal singing bowls, and EMDR modalities to help individuals regain control of their lives. With a focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental space, Cara's classes offer modifications, step-by-step guidance, and stress relief techniques. Join her for an inclusive practice that promotes understanding, stability, and overall well-being.
